Rent out your property in 5 steps

1. Intake

We'd be happy to visit you for a personal introduction. One of our agents will walk through the property with you to assess all the features and discuss your preferences. During this meeting, you'll receive comprehensive rental advice, including information on the rental price and the standard of furnishings. We'll also take the time to answer any questions you may have about laws and regulations.


If you don't have any photos of your property yet, we'll give you tips on how to prepare it for the shoot. Our in-house photographer will then visit you very soon to professionally capture your property.

2. Posting Online

Once we've edited the photos of your property and have all the information, we'll make sure your property is quickly listed online. Not only on our own website, but also on major rental platforms like Funda and Pararius. We'll also actively promote your property within our own network. Your photos, along with the necessary information, will also be shared with our fellow real estate agents to reach the right tenants.

3. Planning Viewings

We schedule one or more viewings for potential candidates, in full consultation with you. This allows you to indicate when you're ready, and we ensure a smooth process.

4. Potential Candidates

Candidates interested in your property will have the opportunity to submit an offer. After thoroughly screening potential tenants, including a credit check, we'll forward the proposals to you. We'll advise you and represent your interests during negotiations, ensuring you get the best deal.

5. Contract & Check-In

After you approve the proposal, we'll draw up the rental agreement for you. Once all documents are signed and the first month's rent and deposit have been paid, we'll arrange the key handover. This will take place during check-in, which is scheduled on or around the start date of the contract. Upon handover, we'll create a detailed report with extensive photos to accurately document the current condition of the property. We'll do the same at the end of the rental period. This allows us to best assist you with any (minor) damage claims.
